Sowing and Care for Purple Radish Microgreens
Sowing: Spread the seeds evenly over a moist growing mix, press them in and cover with a thin layer of mix, about 0.2-0.5 cm. Soaking for 4-6 hours is optional.
Watering: Mist once or twice a day. Keep the mix moist, not soggy.
Light: After sprouting, keep the tray in bright indirect light. The purple colour gets deeper with good light.
Harvesting: Cut just above the soil with clean scissors when the shoots are 2-3 inches tall and the first leaves have opened. See the sowing guide image for step by step instructions.
Precautions While Growing
Do not sow too thick, as crowded seeds can get mouldy
Avoid over-watering and keep the tray where air can move around it
