1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed promptly after payment confirmation.
Dispatch timelines:
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours (same day or next business day)
- Dispatch may take slightly longer during peak seasons, high demand periods, or unforeseen operational delays
- Customers are notified once orders are dispatched
We strive to prioritize urgent orders whenever possible.
2. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery time begins after dispatch:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Urban areas: 4–7 business days
- Rural/remote locations: 6–10 business days
In areas where courier services are limited, delivery may be completed through India Post or alternate logistics partners.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, logistics constraints, holidays, or regional disruptions.
3. Shipping Partners
We collaborate with reliable logistics providers to ensure safe delivery, including:
- Delhivery
- Shiprocket / Shipping aggregators
- India Post
- Other regional courier partners
Courier selection is based on serviceability, speed, and delivery reliability.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched:
- A tracking number will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp
- Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active
- In rare cases of reshipment due to courier issues, a new tracking number will be provided
5. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499
- Orders below this amount may incur standard shipping charges displayed at checkout
All charges are shown transparently before order confirmation.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
For COD orders:
- A nominal COD handling charge of ₹[Insert Amount] may apply
- COD availability depends on serviceability and order value
7. International Shipping
Currently, Vanashree Organics ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
8. Address Changes

10. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal:
- Courier may attempt redelivery
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch
- Orders returned to origin may be processed as per our return policy
11. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide unboxing photos/videos for verification
- We will investigate and provide appropriate resolution
