Vanashree Organics is a brand operated by Sarvani Group.

This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, delivery estimates, shipping charges, tracking, payment, and support procedures.

1. Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours, either on the same day or the next business day.

Processing or dispatch may take longer during peak periods, public holidays, high-demand periods, or unforeseen operational delays. Customers are notified after their orders are dispatched.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time begins after dispatch:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Urban areas: 4–7 business days
  • Rural or remote locations: 6–10 business days

Where regular courier services are limited, delivery may be completed through India Post or another available logistics provider.

These delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery time may vary because of the delivery location, weather, courier operations, public holidays, regional disruptions, or circumstances outside our control.

3. Shipping Partners

Orders may be shipped using:

  • Delhivery
  • Shiprocket or other shipping aggregators
  • India Post
  • Other available regional courier partners

The courier is selected according to delivery-location serviceability and operational availability.

4. Tracking Information

After an order is dispatched:

  • Tracking information may be shared by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
  • If a shipment must be resent because of a courier issue, a new tracking number may be provided.

Customers can also use the Track Order link available on our website.

5. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499.

Orders of ₹499 or below may incur shipping charges. Any applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout before the customer confirms the order.

6. Payment Methods

All orders are prepaid. Payment is made online at checkout, and the payment options available for your order are shown there.

Cash on Delivery is not available.

7. Shipping Area

Vanashree Organics currently ships only within India.

International shipping is not available.

8. Address Changes

Customers may request a shipping-address correction before dispatch.

After an order has been dispatched, an address change may not be possible because of courier restrictions. We will assist with an address correction before dispatch where operationally possible.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, pincode, and contact number when placing an order.

9. Delivery Delays and Exceptions

Delivery may be delayed because of:

  • Weather disruptions
  • Courier operational issues
  • Public holidays
  • Natural events
  • Remote-location service limitations
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

We will assist customers with available tracking information and courier-related delivery enquiries.

10. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the shipment, or another customer-related reason:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply if the order must be dispatched again.
  • An order returned to origin will be handled according to the applicable return, refund, and cancellation terms.

11. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • The order number
  • Clear photographs of the package and products
  • An unboxing video, where available
  • Details of the damaged or missing items

We will review the information and provide a resolution according to our Return and Refund Policy.
