1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under limited circumstances, including:
- Wrong product delivered
- Major manufacturing defect
- Product damaged during transit
- Missing items in shipment
Returns are not accepted for:
- Personal preference or change of mind
- Minor variations in color, size, or texture (natural product variation)
- Improper usage or mishandling
- Opened consumable items such as seeds or fertilizers (unless defective)
- Clearance or non-returnable items marked on product pages
2. Mandatory Proof Requirement
To ensure fair resolution:
- Customers must provide clear unboxing photos or video
- Evidence should show sealed package opening and product condition
- Claims without valid proof may not be approved
3. Timeframe for Claims
- All return or refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Requests beyond this timeframe may not be eligible
4. Product Condition for Returns
If a return is approved:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- All packaging, labels, and accessories must be intact
- Products failing inspection may be rejected and returned at customer expense

6. Refund Eligibility

7. Refund Processing

- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method

- Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless error occurred from our side
8. Reverse Shipping
- In cases where the issue is verified as our error, reverse shipping may be arranged or reimbursed
- For voluntary returns (if permitted), customers may bear return shipping cost
9. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible
- If cancellation is approved post-dispatch, shipping and handling deductions may apply
10. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch
- Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may lead to restriction of COD service
- Refunds for COD orders (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer or store credit
11. Seed & Organic Product Disclaimer

- Germination and plant growth depend on soil, climate, watering, and care practices
- Vanashree Organics does not guarantee uniform growth results
- Minor natural variations in organic products are normal and acceptable
12. Limitation of Liability
Vanashree Organics shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses arising from product use
- Gardening outcomes influenced by environmental or care factors
- Delays caused by logistics providers or force majeure events
Our liability is limited to the product value purchased.
