These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Vanashree Organics website, products, customer-support services, and related features.

Vanashree Organics is a brand operated by Sarvani Group.

By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. Definitions

For these Terms:

  • Vanashree Organics, we, us, or our means the Vanashree Organics brand operated by Sarvani Group.
  • Website means the Vanashree Organics online storefront and its related customer-facing services.
  • Product means an item listed or sold through the website.
  • Customer or you means a person who visits the website, contacts us, or places an order.
  • Services means the website, checkout, order processing, customer support, and related features.

2. Eligibility

By using the website or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into the transaction.
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You will use the website only for lawful purposes.
  • If you are acting for another person or organisation, you have authority to do so.

Customers who are not legally able to enter into a purchase transaction should use the website only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Customer Accounts

If customer accounts are available:

  • You are responsible for providing accurate account information.
  • You are responsible for protecting your login credentials.
  • You should notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
  • We may restrict an account used for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or repeated misuse of store services.

4. Product Information

We aim to provide useful and accurate product titles, descriptions, images, prices, availability information, and usage guidance.

However:

  • Product images can appear different because of lighting, photography, screen settings, packaging updates, or reasonable natural variation.
  • Gardening products can have reasonable variations in colour, size, texture, weight, or appearance.
  • Seed germination and plant growth depend on factors including storage, seed condition, soil, sowing method, climate, watering, sunlight, pests, and ongoing care.
  • Unless expressly stated and supported on the relevant product page, no particular germination rate, growth result, harvest, or gardening outcome is guaranteed.

If a product listing contains an obvious error, contact us before placing the order.

5. Prices and Charges

Product prices are displayed in Indian rupees unless another currency is expressly shown.

The order total, available payment methods, shipping charge, discounts, and other applicable charges are shown during checkout.

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499. Orders of ₹499 or below may incur a shipping charge displayed at checkout.

All orders are prepaid. Cash on Delivery is not available.

We will not change the price of an order after it has been confirmed except where required to correct an obvious error, address an unsuccessful payment, or make a change requested and accepted by the customer.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products.

An automated order message confirms that the order was received. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been dispatched.

We may contact the customer to clarify incomplete delivery information.

An order may be cancelled before dispatch where reasonably necessary because of:

  • Product unavailability
  • An obvious pricing or listing error
  • An unsuccessful or unverified payment
  • Suspected fraud or misuse
  • An incomplete or undeliverable address
  • Courier-service limitations
  • Another operational reason that prevents fulfilment

If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the amount received for the cancelled item or order will be refunded according to the applicable refund process.

7. Payment

Customers must use a payment method available at checkout.

Payment services may be provided by third-party payment providers. Their services may be subject to additional terms and privacy notices.

Customers must not use payment information without the account holder’s authorisation.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Vanashree Organics currently ships only within India.

Order processing, estimated delivery times, shipping charges, tracking, address corrections, delivery exceptions, and damaged-shipment procedures are explained in the Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Actual delivery may be affected by the destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays, regional disruption, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Returns, Replacements, Refunds, and Cancellations

Eligibility, evidence requirements, request periods, product-condition requirements, return shipping, refunds, replacements, and cancellation procedures are explained in the Return and Refund Policy.

Customers should contact us before sending back a product. Sending a product without return instructions does not guarantee that the return will be accepted.

10. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, another account, or related systems.
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with website operation.
  • Impersonate another person or provide false transaction information.
  • Copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without permission, except where permitted by law.
  • Use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store, or its service providers.

11. Intellectual Property

Website content, including branding, text, original photographs, graphics, page designs, and other materials, may be owned by Sarvani Group, used by Vanashree Organics with permission, or supplied by licensors and service providers.

You may use website content only for personal shopping and lawful reference purposes. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual-property right.

12. Customer Reviews and Submissions

If you submit a review, image, comment, suggestion, or other content:

  • The submission must be truthful and based on your genuine experience.
  • It must not be unlawful, abusive, misleading, defamatory, or infringing.
  • It must not contain another person’s private information without permission.
  • You permit us to display and use the submission in connection with the store, subject to applicable law and any platform terms.

We may moderate or remove submissions that violate these requirements.

The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment, delivery, tracking, reviews, communication, analytics, and social-media services.

  • We are not responsible for gardening outcomes caused by climate, soil, storage, sowing methods, watering, sunlight, pests, or customer care practices.
  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.
  • Liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

16. Events Outside Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for a delay or inability to perform an obligation caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural events, courier disruption, strikes, public emergencies, internet or payment-system outages, cyber incidents, or government action.

This section does not remove any customer remedy required by applicable law.

17. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to customer-account or website features where reasonably necessary because of fraud, unlawful conduct, security risk, abuse, or a material breach of these Terms.

Any payment, refund, delivery, or legal obligation that arose before suspension will continue to be handled according to the applicable policy and law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, procedures, or applicable requirements change.

The current version will be published on this page with its effective date. Changes apply from publication unless another date is stated.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, subject to any customer right or jurisdiction that cannot legally be excluded.
