About Cauliflower Microgreens Seeds
Cauliflower microgreens are small, tender shoots with a mild, slightly sweet taste, a bit like young cabbage. They are easy to grow and make a gentle, crunchy addition to salads, sandwiches, soups and rice bowls.

Sowing and Care for Cauliflower Microgreens
Sowing: Soaking is optional (4-6 hours). Spread the seeds evenly over a moist growing mix, press them down lightly and cover with a thin layer of mix, about 0.2-0.5 cm.
Watering: Mist once or twice a day. Keep the mix moist, not soggy.
Light: After sprouting, keep the tray in bright indirect light. Turn it now and then so the shoots grow straight.
Harvesting: Cut just above the soil with clean scissors when the shoots are 1.5-2 inches tall and the first leaves have opened. See the sowing guide image for step by step instructions.
Precautions While Growing
Do not sow too thick, as crowded seeds can get mouldy
Avoid over-watering and keep the tray in a place with some airflow
Use a clean tray and fresh growing mix each time
Rinse the harvested greens before eating and store them in the fridge
